Sree Vasavi Vidya Peetha
The school was founded by Sri.L.Sachidananda Prasad in 1980 at Vijayanagar. Sree Vasavi Vidya Peetha initiated with one student and a teacher with one class room. At present around 500 students are being educated in this institution from Pre-Nursery to Standard 10th.
The school has very qualified, experienced and committed teaching faculty. The school has an excellent Physical Infrastructure with spacious and well ventilated class rooms. The school has high tech Laboratory with standard facilities to carry out experiments. It includes projector and screen.
The Science Lab is equipped with various models related to biology, modern equipments of physics and chemistry. The students from class 5th to 10th are benefitted under the able guidance of experienced Science teachers. The school has well planned Library to bring in the culture of reading books. It is placed with around 4000 books includes story books, encyclopedia, biographies and reference books of various streams. The school consists of a well equipped Computer Lab to provide computer education from class 1st to 10th.
The school comprises an excellent auditorium “Samskruthi” which has the capacity of 100 seats. It is a marvel of modern facilities like projector, home theatre and stylish lights to give special effects to the cultural events. It is the most beautiful part of the school.
Apart from academics the school emphasizes on sports, yoga and co-curricular activities. The celebrates National Festivals, Ganesha and Saraswathi Pooja to imprint traditional values in young minds. Excursion is being arranged every year.

SCIENCE LAB: The school has high-tech laboratory with an excellent infrastructure Inaugurated on Sep. 8th 2012. The laboratory is having standard facilities for practical learning. It includes a projector and screen the science lab consists of various models related to Biology, modern equipments to carryout practicals in physics and chemistry. The students from class V to X are benefited under the guidance of experienced science teachers.
COMPUTER LAB: The school has a well equipped computer lab with 12 computers with internet connection. The students from class I to X are provided computer education along with academics.
LIBRARY : The school library is source of knowledge inaugurated on 8th Sep. 2012. TO bring in the culture of reading books the school has well planned library placed with 3751 book. It stored story books of various streams. A well furnished reading room is provided to the students of class V to X to facilitate reading.
EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES: Such as Inter High school Debate, quiz singing & drawing competitions are held every year
Celebration of school day is an Annual feature which is the best plot form for the students to exhibit their talent.

ACTIVITIES : The school celebrates Independence Day, Teacher’s day Ganesha festival, Children’s day, School exhibition & food fest is organized in alternate years
SPORTS: To generate healthy competitive spirit and interest in life among students we made it compulsory to take part in school games. We conduct annual sports and sports day is being celebrated.
